I had an awful experience there yesterday, I was nervous and unsure and she practically bullied me into having the treatment there and then after a ten second consultation in the waiting room in front of everybody!! I really wanted the treatment done but I wish I had gone else where, I'm now having to wait to see if I'm scarred for life through her lack of hygiene and after care, I was practically pushed out the door after and told just to leave it...........and that's it! Please don't go, I never slept last night because of this and I would hate for anyone else to go through the same.

ive been a client here for many years,rosanna is very professional,& her expertise in skin care is second to none.yes you might have to wait,but thats due to the fact shes so busy,but that says shes must be good at what she does.

I completely agree with the comments! This lady is extremely rude and unprofessional. I've had 3 sessions of laser on my underarms and it's been completely ineffective and it is extremely painful. There was no test patch done and she only spends about 1 minute per arm. She walks in and doesn't even ask how the treatments have been going. I'm getting my bikini line done elsewhere and I could see the results after 1 session.
I would not recommend! This lady is awful!!

This clinic was the worse experience in my life. She was quick to take money of me. I had to wait 2 and a half hours before being seen. She over books people so 2-3 clients turn up together. Plz plz plz avoid. She should be closed down. We should all take legal action. Iv warned all my friends and family who were considering her scam offers through groupon.

I went to the Moll Clinic , I was consulted by Rossana Moll the owner of a one man band . At the time of the consultation this woman was sweet as pie . Once the cash was in hand she soon changed her tune . Not once did she keep an appointment nor did she have the common decency to call and re-arrange , her telephone manner is nil and void .
On the occasions that i had decided to wait for two hours in order to get a treatment in , it was with regret as i met with a rude and aggressive old woman who also did not have any bedside manners .

After a course of 6 laser treatments that were not carried out with hygiene in mind and which spanned a year due to her un-professionalism ,, with absolutely no results . I drew a line under the whole awful experience . Never before have i been so repelled by a person or felt so let down by a service that i cant even be bothered to pursue the matter .

I should have taken heed of a warning one of the locals gave me on the day of my consultation . If only i had read all the other bad reviews on this place before i wasted my time and money .

I bought a groupon deal for laser hair removal at the Moll Clinic and there I met Cruella De Ville the owner. It may have been cheap but certainly not cheerful she is rude, arrogant and unprofessional, if you ask her any questions she snaps. There was no patch test or advice given, and she was very unwelcoming. I had laser treatment for underarms and fingers and she scrapped the gel (which is used to protect your skin) off my underarms and placed it on my fingers, ewwww…who on earth does that. I was then told to wipe the gel off my underarms and finger’s myself. I would even give this place one star but there's no choice I have to. There’s so many other cheap deals on groupon and kgb for laser treatment so do not waste your time, money and breath at the Moll Clinic owned by yours truly Cruella De Ville.

I had a terrible experience at this salon. I opted for a pricy treatment. The owner forced me to make a full payment and then when the treatment didn't work at all, she refused to refund. The owner is frankly a lunatic middle-aged Italian woman. She runs the salon on an one man's business basis, trying to save money and you will end up spending hours on the waiting room. She will never apologise and you'll notice how rude and bossy she is. Also, and most importantly, most of her licenses and certificates are expired ages ago. Just read the dates on the wall frames. Last but not least, if anything goes wrong or you' re not satisfied with her crap services, she won't refund.
A total waste of money and time.
