Cohesive Gel Breast Implants are relatively new to the cosmetic surgery market and have been in use for the last fifteen years or so. The Cohesive Gel Breast Implants vary from silicone filled breast implants by the consistency of the implant filler material. Another major advantage of the Cohesive Gel Breast Implants is that their semi-solid consistency allows implants of a more natural shape to be manufactured. Such tear-drop shaped implants are often referred to as Anatomical implants. These high-cohesive breast implants are also usually preferred by surgeons as the implants maintain their shape and remain upright in the body. They are also less likely to fold or ripple over time.

One of the main down-sides to the Form-Stable Cohesive Gel Implants is that they require a slightly larger incision to be made in order to insert the implant. You may also find that the Gummy Bear Breast Implants are more expensive than the silicone or saline implants.
